IMPORTANT NOISE INFORMATION FOR PILOTS

The Lake Tahoe Airport is located in an environmentally sensitive region. Please avoid overflights of Desolation Wilderness Area located west of the airport. Stage 3 aircraft meeting single event noise standards may operate at the airport from 8 AM - 8 PM (PST). Only aircraft able to operate under 77.1 dBA Lmax may operate during the nighttime curfew hours of 8 PM - 8 AM.
